Privacy Policy
How this independent guide handles website visits and correction messages. Updated September 29, 2026.
Information you send us
The contact form asks for a name, email address, and message. Submissions are stored in the WordPress database for the site owner to review and respond. Do not submit sensitive financial information, passwords, medical records, or details about someone else that are unnecessary to your request.
Technical records
The hosting service may record IP addresses, request times, page addresses, browser details, and security-related events in standard server logs. Form processing may also retain technical submission metadata. These records support operation, troubleshooting, and spam prevention.
Cookies and advertising
WordPress uses cookies for authenticated administrators and related site functionality. No advertising or analytics platform has been intentionally configured for this build. We do not currently run Google AdSense, a newsletter signup, or visitor accounts. If new services are introduced, this policy should be updated before they collect additional information.
Access and retention
Contact messages are available to authorized site administrators. They should be kept only as long as needed to address the request and any related operational obligations; the owner must periodically review and remove messages that are no longer needed. Hosting backups may retain an earlier copy until those backups rotate.
External websites
Links to Scooter’s Coffee and other source pages open services operated by other organizations. Those sites apply their own privacy policies. Product photographs displayed on this site load from the official image host; that host receives the network information necessary to deliver the image, including your IP address. Following a link does not give this site access to your restaurant account, order history, or payment details.
Your requests
Use Contact to request access to or deletion of a message you submitted. Provide enough detail to identify it without sending sensitive identity documents. The owner may need to verify the request before changing or disclosing records. This page describes the current site setup and should be reviewed again when services or legal requirements change.
