INDEPENDENT MENU GUIDE

How to Order & Customize

Choose the product, preparation, size, and changes in that order—then confirm the local total.

Start with the full menu name

A clear order starts with a product you can identify on the current menu. Choose the preparation first when it is part of the listing: a hot, iced, or blended version can be a separate product even when the flavor name looks familiar. Keep the full name in front of you rather than shortening it to a word that could describe several drinks.

Next, select the size offered for that particular version. Avoid assuming that a size label corresponds to the same ounces across every drink style. If the amount matters, check the serving information or ask the store before moving on to modifications.

Milk alternatives listed by the official source

The official customization page lists almond, oat, and coconut milk alternatives. That gives you a source-backed starting point for a milk question. It does not establish that every drink can use every option, that a particular store currently has it, or that the change is free.

Ask whether the alternative works with your chosen product. If your reason is an allergy, ask about the entire recipe and preparation rather than just the milk. Other components may still matter. Our Dairy-Free & Milk Alternatives guide explains why a milk substitution alone should not be treated as a complete dietary assurance.

Flavors, sweetness, and sugar-free requests

The official page marks selected flavors as available in sugar-free versions. When ordering, identify the specific flavor and explicitly ask for the sugar-free version if that is what you want. A request for a flavor without the qualifier may describe a different order.

Do not translate a sugar-free flavor request into “zero-sugar drink.” The recipe can contain other components, and the published standard nutrition row may not describe the changed version. If the total sugar content is important, obtain information for the completed recipe rather than assuming that one substitution answers the whole question.

Extra espresso and other additions

An extra espresso shot is listed on the official customization page. The same page also describes protein and peanut-butter add-ins, with peanut butter listed for Blenders and Smoothies. Check suitability and availability for your actual order; the existence of an add-in does not mean it works with every menu product.

Adding espresso is not a basis for us to publish an exact caffeine increase without a verified serving-specific source. Likewise, adding an ingredient may change the cost or allergen considerations. Ask about the finished order rather than relying on a base recipe’s figures.

Confirm the order before payment

Repeat the complete product name, preparation, size, milk choice, and additions before paying. This is especially useful when a drink family has several similarly named versions. If the ordering screen offers a summary, review it as a description of the actual order, not just as a price display.

Then check the final payable total and whether an offer has been applied. A base price can differ from a customized total. Keep taxes, tips, food, and delivery fees separate if you are comparing prices. For rewards or account-related questions, use the official app and support channels rather than this independent website.

A simple way to record a repeat order

Keep a short note with the exact name and the changes you actually requested. Include the store and date if you also record a price. That makes a future comparison more meaningful and reduces the chance of confusing a different preparation with the same flavor.

If a store cannot provide a requested option, ask which alternatives it can confirm rather than assuming an unofficial “secret menu” name will produce a specific recipe. We do not publish invented custom combinations as official products. If you find a factual mismatch in this guide, send the source and page address through Contact so it can be checked.

Read the source with its limits

This guide summarizes customization facts observed on the official page on September 29, 2026. It does not reproduce the brand’s marketing descriptions or product photographs. A source check records what was published at that time, while a store-level conversation establishes what is available for your order now.

Use our menu directory to find the product family, the price guide to structure a fair cost comparison, and the nutrition guide to match standard recipe information. Keeping those three tasks separate is the simplest way to avoid turning a menu name into a claim about price, ingredients, or nutritional suitability that the source does not support.
